Anubhav Dubey came from a middle-class family and started a single outlet of Chai Sutta Bar in Indore in 2016. With the most traditional and basic business strategies, he started his first outlet outside a girl’s hostel. He did this in hopes of boys following the girls from the hostel to the cafe. He also got help from his friends to get the attention of people passing by.
Today, CSB operates over 200 outlets all over India, and Anubhav not only earns money but inspires millions of Indian youngsters to start something that can become a milestone for many. He is in his mid-20s, and his outlets use over 3 lakh kullhads every day, supporting 500 potters across India.
From Humble Beginnings To Global Icon- Starbucks
Starbucks was established in 1971, with a single store in Seattle that sold high-quality coffee beans. In 1982, Howard Schultz came into the picture with a vision to get this company to greatness. He was inspired by the great coffee culture of Italy and planned to create the similar environment in the USA.
He faced a lot of skepticism and resistance at the time for bringing Italian culture to the country. Even then, he showed persistence in his vision to create a community and environment where people would come and have a discussion over coffee. Now, Starbucks has over a thousand outlets all around the world and has created one of the biggest community of people drinking coffee and discussing their lives.
